Terms & Conditions

Services are provided based on agreed scope, system conditions, and access. Any changes are communicated before proceeding.

Service Agreement

By scheduling a consultation or service with Eclipse Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., you agree to provide accurate information about your HVAC system and property access requirements. We reserve the right to modify service scope based on on-site assessment findings.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Additional work discovered during service will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are honored according to their respective terms. Warranty claims must be reported promptly for evaluation.

Limitation of Liability

Eclipse Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, system failures unrelated to our work, or damages resulting from customer-supplied equipment or materials.
